The Application Process

 

To apply for your place on the trail  there is a three step process :

1) Make a base fee payment     

2) Make a per exhibitor fee payment  

3) Fill in the form : here you will need to upload three images and a 160 character venue description

Key Conditions of Joining

  • The location of the venue MUST be within the current map area.

  • Your exhibitors must make their work themselves 

  • You must attend all three meetings or send a representative:
    6.30pm on 11th Nov 25, 3rd Feb 26, 11th March 26

  • You must agree to distribute your allocation of leaflets 

  • You must provide sales and visitor numbers for your whole venue within a week of the event

 

Venue Fees

​PRICING: The Venue fee is made of a Base Fee PLUS a Per Artist charge 

  • Base Fee for venues of 6 or fewer exhibitors  is £210 

  • Base fee for For venues of 7 or more artists  is £300

  • Per Artist Charge £30

your payment card, your 3 photos (landscape cropped) and your 160 character venue description
