The Application Process
To apply for your place on the trail there is a three step process :
1) Make a base fee payment
2) Make a per exhibitor fee payment
3) Fill in the form : here you will need to upload three images and a 160 character venue description
Key Conditions of Joining

The location of the venue MUST be within the current map area.

Your exhibitors must make their work themselves

You must attend all three meetings or send a representative:
6.30pm on 11th Nov 25, 3rd Feb 26, 11th March 26 -
You must agree to distribute your allocation of leaflets

You must provide sales and visitor numbers for your whole venue within a week of the event
Venue Fees
​PRICING: The Venue fee is made of a Base Fee PLUS a Per Artist charge

Base Fee for venues of 6 or fewer exhibitors is £210
-
Base fee for For venues of 7 or more artists is £300

Per Artist Charge £30
