After earning my Fine Art degree from the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design, I combined my passion for painting and sculpture through expressive palette knife techniques. Using thick oil paint, I create bold, textured pet and animal portraits. My work captures character and emotion while celebrating the unique bond between people and animals.

I create contemporary woodturned work that blends traditional craftsmanship with experimental techniques and sculptural form. Inspired by natural movement, material contrasts, and texture, I push the boundaries of wood through layered processes and unconventional combinations. Each piece reflects a self-taught, design-led approach that celebrates individuality, integrity, and the raw beauty of the material.

Marie Jones

Marie is a textile artist working with wool fibres, threads and fabric scraps, skilfully stitched, wound, bound, and fused through felting. Her practice is inspired by nature, drawing on the dramatic coastlines and landscapes of her native Scotland, as well as the softer forms of the Chiltern Hills, to create richly textured felt paintings.

Liz Dee

All my jewellery is handcrafted using traditional silversmithing techniques. I use 100% recycled silver often incorporating mixed metals such as gold, copper or brass and gemstones to add a splash of colour.
I draw inspiration from everyday life, my love for animals and nature, and from working in my tranquil garden workshop.

June Dobson

June is a self taught ceramic artist in the Blackdown Hills. Inspired by her love for the countryside, she uses hand built techniques to build vessels such as lamps, clocks, storage containers, bread crocks and flower jugs. All her work is functional and individual and then hand finished in a relief style with minimal glaze and oxide.

Amy Huitson

My abstract landscapes are inspired by the natural world and its textures, colours, movement, and shifting light. I work with bold, expressive marks, combining drawing, painting, and mixed media. Through layering and building rich surfaces, I aim to capture the atmosphere of a place or fleeting moment, translating my experience of landscape into expressive paintings.
