Susan Mildenhall

I have been painting furniture for over 30 years, using both acrylic, chalk and oil paints. I incorporate faux effects including marbling, woodgraining and stonework. I have always enjoyed sourcing old and interesting pieces of furniture bringing them back to life by making use of ancient and historical designs. I find ideas from museums, foreign palaces, books and the internet.
