Individual Artist Registration

The trail runs over the early May Bank Holiday each year from Saturday to Monday inclusive and covers the RG9 Henley on Thames area plus Charvil, Twyford and Wargrave.

 

Each venue has a Venue Leader who is in charge of selecting the artists and crafts people for their location.

TIMING: Venue Leaders apply in October so are looking for artists from the end of the summer onwards. By registering here you are giving permission for us to share your contact information with our Venue Leaders so they can follow up with you in due course.

COST TO TAKE PART: Initially a £5 payment is required to register as an artist. Then, if selected, you will have to pay your Venue Leader an Artist Fee to take part in October. This fee varies by venue because it's calculated by each Venue Leader on the basis of a share of the venue fee, venue hire fee and a very few of the commercial venues also take a small commission. However, it does seem that around £70 per person is a ball park to budget for.

INFORMATION REQUIRED: Images are not requested for submission at this stage but instead a web link to your social media / website / online photogallery is the best way for venue leaders to initially check the quality of your work.
