Wendy Hopcroft

I paint in watercolour with its wonderful ability to flow and mix on the paper. I am inspired by the challenge of expressing the "snapshots" I see in my mind through the use of colour and light. My aim is to capture the essence of the subject, creating a painting that tickles the senses and wakens memories – or dreams.
